Through total overhauls and acquisitions, I took on the vast majority of writing on the ScalePad website from January 2022 through to spring 2024. I took care of event pages, conversion landing pages, product information, and many other additions and updates.

Notably, I owned the addition of two new products, Cognition360 and ControlMap. As always, I worked closely with our designer and developer to carry the copy through to the moment it went live.

On other areas of the site I regularly monitored activity and identified ways to improve the copy and layout for a better user experience.
